Case Study for a Extensions in Wellfield Gardens, Sutton
This project saw an extension to the roof space of a couple’s home in order to add value while also increasing the living space.
The property was a large, detached new build house with a truss roof. In respect to the design, we added three bonnet pitched dormers to maintain the aesthetic of the area.
The area over the double garage was also converted into a cinema room – one of the more interesting uses for an LMB conversion!
