The Johnson family, residing on Queens Road, Bromley, sought to enhance their living space without the hassle of moving homes. With a new baby on the way and a need for a guest room, they approached LMB Group for a solution that would utilise their underused loft space. The Project
LMB Group took on the challenge with a clear vision: to transform the Johnsons’ loft into a functional and inviting space. The design focused on creating a bright and airy bedroom, a dedicated nursery area, and a contemporary guest bathroom. Strategic placement of Velux windows ensured ample natural light, enhancing the feeling of space. Custom joinery was installed to provide practical storage solutions, maximising the usability of every square inch. The decor was chosen to reflect the family’s personal style, creating a cohesive and homely atmosphere.
